‘Balloon in a Box’
Q. Can you deliver to any address?
A. We can deliver to all UK mainland addresses that Royal Mail currently service
Q. How are the balloons delivered?
A. They are delivered in a gift box, complete with bow and ribbons by Royal Mail's 'Guaranteed Special Delivery' service.
Q. What will stop the balloon from floating away once the box is opened?
A. Every balloon is attached to a small decorative weight so that they can’t suddenly float away!
Q. What happens if nobody is at home?
A. If there isn’t anybody at the delivery address Royal Mail will leave a card explaining where the parcel will be held for collection by the intended recipient instead
Q. What time will my balloons be delivered?
A. Royal Mail's 'Guaranteed Special Delivery' service guarantees a 'before 1pm' delivery time.
Q. Can the delivery be left in a doorway/porch?
A. No. A card would be left by Royal Mail explaining where the parcel could be collected from by the intended recipient instead
Q. Can I change address/message/other details after order is confirmed?
A. This may be possible before dispatch but cannot be guaranteed. All changes must be requested in writing.
Q. My box is being delivered today, can I change the address?
A. Bubble Box will make every effort to contact Royal Mail, but once the parcel has been dispatched changes are unlikely to be possible
Q. Can you guarantee a Saturday delivery?
A. Yes. You can choose the ‘Guaranteed Special Delivery – Saturday’ option
Q. If I want to send a gift anonymously, is this possible?
A. Yes. Simply explain that this is what you want in the normal 'personal message box' - instead of writing a message in there.
Q. How long do the balloons float for?
A. This cannot be guaranteed by Bubble Box. However the average float-time is approximately 4-6 days
Q. What is the latest time I can make an order?
A. By 7pm, 2 working days before delivery
Q. Can I specify a time for delivery?
A. No. The Guaranteed Special Delivery service means that your parcel would be delivered before 1pm by Royal Mail.
Q. How secure is your credit/debit card payment system?
A. Very secure. For your protection, Bubble Box does not store any of your credit/debit card details on the Bubble Box secure servers. All transactions are handled by PayPal, the market leader in secure online payments. View PayPal's security policies and procedures
Q. Does anybody need to be present for the delivery?

Q. Why are there no deliveries on Sundays and Bank Holidays?
A. Royal Mail do not currently make deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Q. If I want to cancel the receipt of occasional generic information emails from Bubble Box, how do I go about it?
A. Simply email Bubble Box at enquiries@bubbleboxballoons.co.uk explaining your wishes and we will remove your email address from our mailing list immediately
‘Venue Decorating’
Q. What area does Bubble Box decorate venues in?
A. Bristol and the surrounding areas
Q. How do the balloons get to the venue?
A. Bubble Box delivers everything to the venue for you and displays them exactly where you will have previously requested. Some arrangements would be created at the venue itself. You don’t need to lift a finger!
Q. How will I choose my favourite designs?
A. At your free consultation you will be able to see examples of previous balloon creations that Bubble Box has made. This should get your imagination flowing! You may also be able to gain ideas of your own by visiting exhibitions e.g.Wedding Fairs.
Q. What if I want something a little bit different?
A. At Bubble Box we encourage you to make the arrangements more personal. If you have an idea or theme in mind, don’t be shy about expressing it!
Q. How will I know what colours I can choose?
A. There are many, many colours of both latex and foil balloons to choose from. (With latex balloons you can even place one shade of balloon inside another to create a new colour!) We would be delighted to have fun blowing up different colour combinations for you.
Q. Can you do latex and foil balloons?
A. Certainly. Bubble Box makes use of the industry’s best suppliers and can therefore create arrangements using both latex and foil balloons. (Both come in an incredible array of shapes, sizes, colours and patterns.)
Q. What type of balloons do you use?
A. Bubble Box only uses balloons from the industry’s top quality manufacturers. This means that your arrangements will have very even size, shape, colour and excellent reliability!
