'Balloon in a box'

• Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions
• Deliverable to UK destinations as listed and accessible by Royal Mail
• Orders must be placed by 7pm, 2 working days before your chosen delivery date
• Helium filled balloons are perishable and therefore cannot be returned after dispatch under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000)
• Bubble Box cannot guarantee how long your balloons will float for, but the average float-time is approximately 4-6 days
• Royal Mail sometimes stores parcels in cold temperatures which may cause balloons to appear deflated, placing the balloons back into a warmer temperature will enable the helium to expand again
• Bubble Box cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the purchaser. If delays and non-delivery are caused as a result of incorrect information, a refund cannot be given
• Claims for items delivered 'damaged' must be reported to Bubble Box in writing immediately. You will then be asked to return the damaged goods (within 48 hours of delivery) for inspection by Bubble Box before a refund (for damaged goods only) can be given.
• Refunds will not be given where the recipient has been notified of an attempted delivery and chooses not to collect it from their local Royal Mail sorting office
• If a Guaranteed Special Delivery does not arrive on the correct delivery date, provided that Bubble Box dispatched it in good time, you will receive a refund of your delivery charge only
• Bubble Box reserves the right to replace your chosen goods with similar or more expensive goods at no extra cost to you should your chosen items be out of stock.
• Once signed for, the delivery is no longer the responsibility of Bubble Box. We cannot be held responsible for gifts that are not passed on to the named recipient
• If Bubble Box is unable to despatch an order a full refund will be given. (Bubble Box cannot be held liable for any consequences or costs further than that of the full amount paid for your order).
• Please note that Royal Mail does transport some of its parcels by air. This could result in the loss of some helium. Unfortunately, Bubble Box are unable to prevent this
• For credit/debit card payments, on the rare occasion that a payment is refused by PayPal, Bubble Box reserves the right to cancel your order without notice and take necessary steps to recover the debt and any associated costs. All such costs will be charged to the customer
• Bubble Box reserves the right not to process any order believed to be fraudulent. You would be contacted for further information
• Bubble Box cannot be held responsible for late or non-delivery due to reasons beyond its control e.g. terrorism, access being prevented to the delivery address, etc.
• Orders may be cancelled by you (in writing only) by midday up to 2 working days before your chosen delivery date. You must then receive an email from Bubble Box confirming the cancellation before you can assume cancellation has been achieved
• If you wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, Bubble Box will make every effort to stop the delivery, but can make no guarantee or refund
• For your protection, Bubble Box does not store any of your credit/debit card details on the Bubble Box secure servers. All transactions are handled by PayPal, the market leader in secure online payments. View PayPal's security policies and procedures. By completing your order, you are authorizing PayPal to take payment for your chosen Bubble Box items
• WARNING: Never under any circumstances inhale or allow anyone to inhale helium. In high concentration helium is an asphyxiant and can kill. (Helium is the gas that raises the pitch of your voice and makes a balloon float.) Bubble Box accepts no responsibility for death or injury howsoever caused by the misuse of helium.

• Refunds cannot be given on the basis of Royal Mail strike action. An alternative courier and/or delivery date will be offered at the earliest opportunity.
• If you do not receive an email from PayPal confirming the success of your full payment, Bubble Box will be unable to process your order due to assumed non-payment.
